You can browse our website and add items to your basket without creating an account, and can place the order with guest checkout. But creating a member account will provide you with the following benefits:

  • Making Shopping process easier
  • Save delivery addresses
  • View all previous orders from your account
  • Check your order status before it’s shipped

Please click on ‘Forget password’ which is available at the ‘Sign In’ page. Enter your email address and click on “Submit”. A set of instructions to reset your password will be sent to your registered email. After your credentials have been verified, you will be able to create a new password.

Please sign in and click on ‘My Account’. You will be able to edit/update your particulars.

If you wish to change the delivery address for a placed order, please contact our customer service immediately. We will make the requested changes if the order has not been processed.

By signing up an account with www.mairarehan.com, you will be able to access and manage your account information easily. This includes:

  • Changing your password
  • Updating your billing or shipping address
  • Checking your order status
  • Viewing your complete order history
  • Managing your e-mail preference settings (e.g. choose whether to receive mails from www.mairarehan.com)
  • Update Address book

In order to place an order with www.mairarehan.com, you will be required to:

  • Sign in to your online account
  • Shop for the items you want
  • Add the items to your Shopping Cart
  • Proceed to checkout
  • Enter billing and shipping information
  • Provide payment information
  • Review and submit your order
  • Check your order status

After you place your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from www.mairarehan.com to confirm that your order has been well-received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved, and in case of COD orders, your billing and delivery address verified.

A sales order summary is an auto-generated e-mail where www.mairarehan.com acknowledges the order you placed. You should receive this order summary within 15 minutes upon placing your order (please make sure that the e-mail is not sent to your junk folder). If you did not receive an order summary within 15 minutes after placing your order, this means that we have not received your order and no payment has been received by www.mairarehan.com. You are then required to make a new order. Alternatively, you may sign in to your account to access My Orders page to view whether your order is received by us.

Unfortunately, when you add items to your cart, this does not mean they are reserved. The items will be available for anyone to purchase until they have been checked out and purchased. If you receive an error stating you cannot check out due to an item being unavailable, you will need to remove this item from your cart in order to continue the checkout process. Please contact customercare@mairarehan.com for support if needed.

Yes, you can cancel or change your order at the same time as you are still browsing and shopping, simply remove it and/or update from ‘Shopping Cart’.

But once your order has been confirmed however, it’s not possible for you to change or cancel it prior to dispatch. In this instance the order will be sent to you and then if required you will have to return it. Please refer to our Returns Policy if you require further information.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order after your order has been processed.

How secure are my credit card and personal information?

Your security while shopping online with Maira Rehan is extremely important to us, and we have taken all reasonable measures to ensure that your credit card and personal details are kept safe at all times.

All prices have a default display in Pakistani Rupee (PKR), including GST.

All nationwide shipments will be delivered to you within 7 – 10 business days and all international orders will be dispatched immediately after the payment is cleared from the bank and the delivery time varies according to your destination.

Our courier person attempts twice to deliver a parcel to your provided address. Kindly ensure that the valid address, postal code is mentioned clearly while placing an order. On the second failed attempt, the item will be returned to Maira Rehan and you will get the email confirmation.
